2012-2013 Shura Election Application/Nomination Form
Alhamdulillah we had great year and may Allah (swt) continue to make it easier on us to achieve our goals. As year comes to a close Shura election for 2012-2013 are among us and to remind you that ALL Shura positions are up for grab. This is a great opportunity for all MSA members to take leadership positions and help shape and change MSA for the following year. Shura elections will take place on Thursday April 26th at 7pm in Park Shop 201.
Minimum Requirement to Run for Shura Election
-Must be a returning NC State Student for 2012-2013
-Must be a due paying NC State MSA member
-Must fill out this form
(All candidates must adhere to all Shura election rules listed in the MSA Constitution event if not listed in this application)
All 2012-2013 Shura candidates are strongly encouraged and recommended to attend the MSA Shura meeting on Tuesday April 17th at 7pm in the DH Hill library presentation room.

Speaker: Dr. Terri Ginsberg
Bio: Dr. Terri Ginsberg received her doctorate in Cinema Studies from New York University. She has taught at many universities including NC State University, Rutgers University, Dartmouth College, and Ithaca College. She has also has published numerous scholarly texts including the multi-authored Historical Dictionary of Middle Eastern Cinema (Scarecrow Press), the edited collection, A Companion to German Cinema (Wiley-Blackwell), and the monograph, Holocaust Film: The Political Aesthetics of Ideology (Cambridge Scholars Publishing).
